We thoroughly vacuum all carpeting to be cleaned before adding any moisture.  Laboratory tests confirm that 78% of all dry soil is removed during this step.  To ensure its success, we use a powerful dual-motor, micron-filtered vacuum that has earned the Carpet & Rug Institutes Green Label and Seal of Approval.  This step is performed on each and every job-site.
2. We then pre-treat any areas or spots of concern.
3. Third, we clean using our Very Low-Moisture (VLM) Encapsulation process.  This method uses about 6.6% of the moisture used in traditional cleaning methods.   That equates to much faster drying times (usually about 30 minutes) along with elimination of concerns of over-wetting, mildew and a "soured" odor as a result of cleaning.  Yet our process cleans to the very base of the fibers, providing you with a deep, thorough cleaning that is backed by the best guarantee you can find.
4. The final step is to groom and lift the pile of your carpet to restore as much as possible of the original "fluffiness."  This step is not performed on non-piled carpeting.

     We guarantee against returning spots and rapid-resoiling.  If we remove a spot and it comes back, we will return and make it final.  If, as the result of our cleaning method or process, your carpet or upholstery attracts soils more than before we cleaned it, we will return and reclean your fibers.  Our cleaning soulutions are guaranteed to not leave any residue as well as to prevent "wicking," or returning of spots.  Again, if you are still not satisfied with the service we provided, we will promptly refund your money.

     We guarantee against "Bait-and-Switch" tactics.  When we provide you with a quote on Carpet Cleaning, it is done after we've looked at the job and gathered all the information we need.  Our quotes are good for a thirty-day period.  So when we come to perform the cleaning, the price will not rise beyond what we quoted unless you add either additional areas or services.
