          1. Because it is low-moisture, our drying time averages 30 to 45 minutes.  This means it can be used much sooner and the risk of mildew and "soured" odors is virtually eliminated.  Also, wicking, or recurring spots, is not a problem with low-moisture systems.

          2.  Because we use encapsulants, rapid resoiing is not an issue.  Carpets stay cleaner between services since soils no longer stick to the fibers as they do after being cleaned with less advanced technologies.
